At Tijarat International, we understand that rice is a Kharif (Autumn) crop, which thrives in the monsoon season. Our cultivation begins with planting between June and July, followed by harvesting from September to November. We work with a wide range of rice varieties, each with its unique ripening period, ensuring the harvest is carried out at the optimum time to retain maximum grain quality.
We make no compromises in paddy selection. Only premium-grade paddy is chosen, with a focus on high-yield potential and strong resistance to pests and diseases. Our experts ensure that only grains with optimal size, shape, and texture enter the next phase, securing the foundation for a top-quality final product.
Once the paddy reaches our mills, it goes through thorough cleaning. Foreign materials such as stones, dust, and immature grains are removed. Using advanced drying systems, we ensure all excess moisture is eliminated, which is critical to maintaining grain integrity during storage and milling.
In our milling process, the husk is carefully removed, revealing brown rice with intact bran layers. Our state-of-the-art warehousing facilities are temperature and humidity controlled, allowing us to age the rice for up to 12 months. This aging process enhances the aroma and texture, giving our rice its signature taste and character.
At Tijarat International, the journey of rice is one of refinement. From pre-cleaning to polishing, grading to packaging, each phase is handled with precision to meet international export standards and deliver excellence in every grain.
Before further processing, rice is re-checked to remove any lingering impurities such as threads, stones, or husks. This additional cleaning step guarantees that only pure, high-grade rice continues through the polishing and grading phases.
To achieve a silky, smooth texture, the rice is passed through modern polishers. Depending on the grade required, single or double polishing is performed. This enhances not just the appearance but also the overall cooking experience.
We use precision grading techniques to sort the rice by grain length and thickness. Broken or undersized grains are separated to ensure uniformity and consistency in every bag we export.
Tijarat International employs advanced color-sorting technology to detect and remove discolored, defective, or damaged grains. This ensures only pristine white rice makes it to the final stage, meeting global export standards.
Our packaging process is designed for precision, hygiene, and durability. We utilize computerized weighing and bagging machines for accurate filling. Whether it's jute, cotton, polypropylene, or customized export bags, we offer flexible packaging options tailored to client needs. Our eye-catching designs and strong packaging materials ensure product safety and visual appeal from mill to market.
